In Fallout 3 and NV, you were free to spend your skill points on whatever skill(s) you liked. Let me know if anything is horribly broken.
It seemed to work for me, but it may not work for you or anyone else. Full disclosure: I hacked this mod together in a hex editor at 3am and tested it for about 10 minutes.
